NABO nano heating is a heating product launched by Suzhou Hanna Material Technology Co., Ltd (Hanna Material), which is developed and designed based on the research on the macroscopic controllable synthesis and application performance of carbon nanotubes (CNTs). NABO Nano Heating adopts a carbon nanotube preparation method (Patent No.: CN114572965A), carbon nanotube macro-dispersion technology, ultra-thin film manufacturing technology and roll-to-roll high-stability encapsulation technology, combined with the patented far-infrared electric heating film and its production method (Patent No.: CN112969247A), and puts forward the concept of "Carbon Nanotube Surface Heat Source", mass-produces "Carbon Nanotube Heating Film It proposes the concept of "carbon nanotube surface heat source" and mass production of "carbon nanotube heating film" and "carbon nanotube flexible heating sheet"; through the combination with phase change materials, it creates polymer PTC surface heat source and proposes NABO nano heating. The products are mainly used in the fields of new energy vehicles, construction buildings and smart wearable devices.

 

Core Technology


Carbon nanotube surface heat source technology


Adopting far-infrared electric heating film and its production method (Patent No. CN112969247A) and a patented technology of preparation method of carbon nanotubes (Patent No. CN114572965A), it has the features of even heating on the whole surface (temperature uniformity ≤±1℃ per square meter), 5 seconds quick heating, and ultra-thin (thickness ≤10μm).


Heating Principle


NABO nano heating using carbon nanotube heating film, the two sides of the carbon nanotube surface heat source covered with metal electrodes by thoroughly sealed and insulated into the whole surface of the heating body. After energized, the carbon atoms of carbon nanotubes in the heating film friction, collision, and produce a large amount of heat, which is mainly infrared heat radiation released to the outside. Infrared heating has a distance effect, with the increase of distance, the heat gradually attenuation; at the same time, infrared does not heat the main components of nitrogen and oxygen in the air; in addition, infrared also has directionality. When carbon nanotube heating film is used for floor heating, the heat is locked at the height of human activity rather than heating the ceiling.
